Eli Domik
Founder, Caregiver, and Team Leader
Throughout my life, my family taught me the importance of caring for people. Through my education, I learned of all the systems that create barriers to connection and community. With EHCC, I want to address the issues of isolation, loneliness, and inaccessible care, and help build a stronger, more connected community.
Getting someone to laugh or share a story is my greatest joy, and earning their trust is my greatest honour.
I have a diploma in Social Service Work, and a strong background in home-based care for kids of all ages and a variety of capabilities. My Companion Care work has offered me invaluable experience working with elders and planning programs.
I look forward to all the relationships I will get to build.

I’m a warm and caring mom who finds joy in the little things - sharing a good conversation, having a laugh, cooking a homemade meal, or simply enjoying someone’s company. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for. I enjoy getting to know people, learning about their stories, and creating a comfortable and friendly environment where they can be themselves. I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring kindness, companionship, and a little happiness into someone’s day.
Carlito Rebeiro Valle

Hello! My name is Carlito, and I am in my final year of completing my B.A. in Child and Youth Care. My hobbies include playing and watching sports, reading mystery novels, and gaming. I enjoy working with and supporting children, youth, and older adults. I am the oldest of four, and I grew up living with my great-great-grandmother and great-aunt. This lived experience has given me invaluable insight and experience working closely with children, youth, and older adults.
I am interested in Extra Hands because its mission of providing quality, accessible care while fostering autonomy, trust, and connection reflects the values I believe are fundamental when working with youth and older adults. I have experience working in summer camps, overnight camps, and school internships, where I have developed skills in building relationships, providing support, and creating positive environments.
I am most excited about the opportunity to support and work with youth and older adults, put what I have learned into practice, and bring my own experiences and perspective into my work while continuing to learn from the new relationships and connections I make.
Ayodele Moffett

Ayodele Moffett is a compassionate social services professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families with diverse needs. Her approach to care is grounded in respect, dignity, consistency, and genuine human connection.
Ayodele holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity and Master of Psychospiritual Studies at Emmanuel College. Her experience spans developmental services, autism support, mental health, behavioural support, community inclusion, and advocacy.
As part of Extra Hands Care Collective, Ayodele believes meaningful care begins with listening, building trust, and recognizing that every individual and family has unique needs. She is committed to providing thoughtful, dependable, and person-centred support that helps people feel respected, valued, and supported in their everyday lives.
Ben Badger

I've been a Game Master for over 30 years. I've run countless adventures across a wide variety of roleplaying games and settings.
I've organized and run games through local Toronto gaming groups, Adventurers League, and conventions such as BreakoutCon. More recently, I've been running weekly D&D programs for kids ages 8–16 at my local game store, helping young players learn the game, build confidence, and create memorable stories together.
My approach is story-first and player-focused. I believe roleplaying games are at their best when everyone feels included, engaged, and excited to contribute. I encourage teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and imaginative thinking while maintaining a welcoming and supportive table for players of all experience levels.
Whether it's a heroic fantasy quest, a mystery to solve, or a world to explore, my goal is to create adventures where every player gets a chance to shine and leave the table with a story they're excited to tell.
