Booking & Cancellation Policy

Sessions involve preparation and customization in advance. For this reason, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice: No charge.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee may be charged.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full session fee may be charged.

We understand that life happens. Charges may be waived or reduced for emergencies.

Do participants need any previous experience?

No. Beginners are welcome.

Ben guides players through the entire experience, including character creation, rules, and gameplay. No prior knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons or other tabletop role-playing games is required.

While Dungeons & Dragons is one of the most well-known tabletop role-playing games, Ben can facilitate a variety of role-playing systems and styles of play. Experiences can be tailored to the interests and comfort level of the group.

What ages can participate?

Games can be adapted for children, teens, adults, seniors, families, and mixed-age groups.

The complexity, themes, and pacing of each session are adjusted to suit the participants.

What if I'm shy or not comfortable acting?

That's completely okay.

Role-playing games can involve as much or as little acting as participants wish. Some people enjoy speaking in character, while others simply describe what their character does. Both approaches are equally welcome.

Do I need to bring anything?

Usually, no.

Materials can be provided, and Ben will let participants know in advance if anything specific is needed.

How many people can participate?

This depends on the type of game and the goals of the group.
