"Eli has been delightfully warm and responsive to our toddler (age 3). Our kiddo was born during the pandemic and we don't have the privilege of an extended local support network. When introducing a new caregiver, we needed someone who would work with us to build our kiddo's comfort slowly and creatively. Eli was incredibly patient, present, and understanding with our whole family. She plans hands-on activities tailored to our kiddo's interests, is incredibly flexible with the challenges that inevitably come up, and resolutely reliable.
