Companion Care Pricing

Our pricing is designed to be clear and predictable, while allowing care to adapt as needs change over time.

Standard hourly rate: $30-35

The rate is determined by the level of support required, such as mobility assistance, memory support, or more hands-on daily living help.
We will always discuss and confirm the rate together before care begins.

Most clients remain within the same rate even as routines evolve.

Extended Visit Rate

Visits scheduled on an ongoing basis for 6 hours or longer may qualify for a reduced hourly rate.
Longer, consistent visits allow for calmer care, stronger relationships, and fewer transitions throughout the day.
We are happy to discuss options that create a steady routine.

What Is Included

Our hourly rate includes both companionship and everyday practical support, such as:

conversation and shared activities
meal preparation
light housekeeping related to the visit
medication reminders
errands and appointments
walks and outings
routine organization and support

There are no additional charges based on the number of tasks completed during a visit.

Outings & Expenses

If we go out together, clients simply cover any direct activity costs such as transit fare, parking, tickets, or purchases made on their behalf.

Care time itself is billed at the regular hourly rate.
