Companion Care Pricing

Most clients remain at the same rate even as routines evolve.

Extended Visit Rate

Visits scheduled on an ongoing basis for 6 hours or longer may qualify for a reduced hourly rate.
Longer, consistent visits allow for calmer care, stronger relationships, and fewer transitions throughout the day.
We are happy to discuss options that create a steady routine.

What Is Included

Our hourly rate includes both companionship and everyday practical support, such as:

• conversation and shared activities

• meal preparation

• light housekeeping related to the visit

• medication reminders

• errands and appointments

• walks and outings

• routine organization and support

• basic personal care

There are no additional charges based on the number of tasks completed during a visit.

Outings & Expenses

If we go out together, clients simply cover any direct activity costs such as transit fare, parking, tickets, or purchases made on their behalf.

Care time itself is billed at the regular hourly rate.

Overnight Support

Flat overnight rate: $180

(typically 8 hours, e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM)

We offer overnight support for individuals who benefit from a consistent, reassuring presence through the night. This includes being available if the individual wakes, support with routines such as getting to the bathroom, and gentle reassurance as needed.

Overnight care is billed at a flat rate and is designed for situations where the individual is mostly resting, with occasional support.

If more frequent or active overnight support is needed, this will be discussed and may be billed at an adjusted rate to reflect the level of care provided.
